浸潤性管癌（IDC）は、すべての乳がんの中で最も一般的なサブタイプです。病理医は、通常、全体標本サンプルに対して悪性度グレードを割り当てる際に、IDCを含む領域に焦点を当てます。その結果、自動的な悪性度グレード付けの一般的な前処理ステップの1つは、全体標本スライド内のIDCの正確な領域を描き出すことです。
内容
元のデータセットは、40倍でスキャンされた乳がん（BCa）標本の162枚の全体標本スライド画像で構成されていました。そこから、サイズが50×50の277,524個のパッチが抽出されました（198,738個がIDC陰性、78,786個がIDC陽性）。各パッチのファイル名は、uxXyYclassC.png の形式です。 — > 例：10253idx5x1351y1101class0.png 。ここで、uは患者ID（10253idx5）、Xはこのパッチが切り取られたx座標、Yはこのパッチが切り取られたy座標、Cはクラスを示し、0は非IDC、1はIDCを意味します。
