文脈
これはDDSM画像で学習させたFCNのチェックポイントです。GPUなしでは学習が非常に遅くなるため、ここにアップロードしています。このネットワークは通常の畳み込みニューラルネットワークとして学習させた後、全結合層を畳み込み層に置き換えることで、任意のサイズの画像を入力として受け付けることができるようになっています。
前処理の際に画像の各次元を半分に縮小したため、入力画像の平均サイズは高さ約2500ピクセルになっています。
インスピレーション
このネットワークは、学習データとテストデータ（サイズ299x299の画像）では良好な性能を発揮しますが、入力として全スキャン画像を与えた場合や、他のデータセットの画像に対しては、それほど良好な結果を得られません。
