このデータセットには、早期で未治療のパーキンソン病（PD）患者30人、パーキンソン病または他のシヌクレイノパチーを発症するリスクが高いレム睡眠行動障害（RBD）患者50人、および健康なコントロール群（HC）50人が含まれています。すべての患者は、運動障害の診療経験のある訓練を受けた専門の神経内科医によって臨床的に評価されました。すべての被験者は、言語専門家による1回のセッションで検査されました。すべての被験者は、標準化された音韻的にバランスの取れた80語の文章を読み、自分の興味、仕事、家族、または現在の活動について約90秒間の独白を行いました。言語特徴は、Jan Hlavni?kaら（2017年）によって自動的に分析されました。
このデータセットは、.xlsおよび.csv形式で提供されています。
